Privacy Policy — hft
Last Updated: August 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the developers and operators of hft ("Operator", "we", "us") collect, use, store, and share information when you use the hft Telegram bot and any associated websites and interfaces (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Telegram account data. When you interact with the Service, Telegram provides us with your Telegram user ID, username, display name, language code, and the content of your messages and commands to the bot. We do not receive your phone number unless you share it.
1.2 Wallet and transaction data. We generate and maintain your Trading Wallet(s), including the public addresses and encrypted private keys stored on our systems as described in the Terms of Service. We record your trading activity conducted through the Service: orders, standing instructions and their parameters (snipe settings, copy-trade targets, take-profit/stop-loss levels, slippage), executed transactions, balances, fee payments, deposit and withdrawal addresses, and referral relationships.
1.3 Technical data. We may collect IP addresses, approximate geolocation derived from IP, device and client metadata, timestamps, and logs of your interactions with the Service. We use this data in particular to enforce geographic restrictions.
1.4 Blockchain data. Transactions execute on public blockchains. Your wallet addresses, transaction history, balances, and counterparties are permanently and publicly visible on-chain to anyone. Blockchain records are outside our control and cannot be modified or deleted by us or by you.
1.5 Support communications. If you contact us, we collect the contents of the communication and any information you provide.
We do not knowingly collect information from persons under 18 or from Restricted Persons (as defined in the Terms of Service). We do not currently conduct identity verification (KYC); we may introduce verification or request additional information at any time where we consider it necessary, including for legal, sanctions-screening, or security reasons, and may suspend accounts that decline.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to: (a) operate the Service, including generating wallets, executing your commands and standing instructions, calculating fees, and displaying balances and history; (b) secure the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and investigate violations of the Terms; (c) enforce geographic and sanctions restrictions; (d) comply with applicable law, legal process, and requests from competent authorities; (e) operate referral programs; (f) analyze usage in aggregate to improve the Service; and (g) communicate with you about the Service, including service notices and material changes.
3. How Private Keys Are Handled
Your Trading Wallets and their private keys belong to you; each key is displayed to you once, at wallet creation, and never displayed or transmitted again. An encrypted operational copy of each key is stored on our systems and used exclusively to sign transactions triggered by your commands and standing instructions. Access to key material within our organization is restricted. Following termination of your access or discontinuation of the Service, operational key copies are deleted within 90 days as described in the Terms of Service. No security measure is absolute: as disclosed in the Terms of Service, a compromise of our systems could result in irreversible loss of your funds. We never ask for your key, seed phrase, or Telegram password in messages; any such request is a scam.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only: (a) with service providers who support our operations (hosting, RPC/node providers, analytics, communications), bound to use it only for providing services to us; (b) with law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other authorities where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law or legal process, or necessary to protect our rights, users, or the public, including in connection with suspected sanctions violations, fraud, or other unlawful activity; (c) in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred as a business asset; (d) with your direction or consent; and (e) in aggregated or de-identified form that does not identify you.
You acknowledge that transaction data broadcast to public blockchains is inherently public and shared with the world by design, and that Telegram independently processes your messages under its own privacy policy, which we do not control.
5. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and thereafter as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security and audit records. Transaction, wallet-address, and log records may be retained for up to five (5) years after account closure, or longer where required by law. Encrypted operational key copies are deleted within 90 days after termination of your access or discontinuation of the Service, as described in the Terms of Service; on-chain data is permanent regardless of our retention practices.
6. Security
We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data, including encryption of private keys at rest, access controls, and logging. However, no system is secure, and we do not and cannot warrant the security of any information or assets. You are responsible for securing your Telegram account, your devices, and your key backups.
7. International Transfers
We and our service providers may process information in jurisdictions other than yours, which may have different data-protection standards. By using the Service you consent to such transfers.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You may: stop using the Service at any time; withdraw your funds at any time as described in the Terms of Service; and contact us at support@hft.so to request access to or deletion of information we hold about you. We will honor requests to the extent reasonably practicable and permitted by law; we may decline or limit requests where retention is required by law, needed for security, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes, or where the data is on a public blockchain and therefore beyond anyone's ability to delete. Where local law grants you specific data-protection rights, we will comply with those rights as required by that law.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the revised version at https://hft.so/privacy.html and/or providing notice through the Service. Changes are effective upon posting unless stated otherwise. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
